Before booking your event, please take the time to read our rental agreement policies.
Deposit & Cancellation
Deposit

A $1000 deposit fee is required when renter (customer) books an event. This money is refundable if the renter (customer) does not violate any agreed upon policies.
Cancellation
-
Renter may cancel their booking up until 7 days before the event start time to receive a full deposit refund.

Renters may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 48 hours before the event start time and receive back 50% of their payment.

Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
Property Policies
Damages & Cleaning

Renter (Customer) is required to clean up the backyard after their event has ended (same day). If it is not cleaned the $1000.00 deposit will not be returned.

Renter (Customer) is responsible for any damages caused to the property (backyard or house) and will be liable for the payment of the cost of the damages and will not receive a refund of the $1000.00 deposit.
Capacity & Noise Restrictions

Location has a maximum occupancy for 100 people.

Noise Curfew: 10:30pm.

Any type of disturbances is prohibited. Guess will be asked to leave the property immediately. No monies will be returned to renter (customer).
Property
-
Renter (customer) must have the property completely cleaned and vacated by 11:00pm.

Renter's (Customer's) guess are not allowed in the house. The rental location is limited to the backyard.

Weapons of any kind are not allowed on the property.

Fireworks are not allowed on the property.

All drugs are prohibited on the property.

No smoking on the property.

No pets allowed.
Failure to comply with the policies listed above may result in the renter (customer) forfeiting the $1,000 deposit and/or being charged additional damage fees.
