Service Description
Fontana Backyard Rental for 1 day. Price is $4000 plus $1000 deposit. Rental includes tables and chairs for up to 100 people. Front house space not included. Rental hours are from 3:00pm to 11:00pm (8 hours for 1 day).
Cancellation Policy
Deposit: A $1000 deposit fee is required when renter (customer) books an event. This money is refundable if the renter (customer) does not violate any agreed upon policies. Cancellation: 1) Renter may cancel their booking up until 7 days before the event start time to receive a full deposit refund. 2) Renters may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 48 hours before the event start time and receive back 50% of their payment. 3) Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
